I have created a web page for my form to display my form. Do I need to add the form using the Online Forms iFrame?

With the RescueGroups.org Website Service you do not need to create a web page for your Online Form to display. A web page with your form will automatically be created for you.

You may want to add a link to your form on your menu, another web page, or share the link to your form in an email. Here's how to do this:

How do I get the link to my Online Form?

Hi Michelle [RG], if we are not using the RG website service how can we use Online Forms on our website?  The link takes the user to the online form when they select it, but there's also additional dead links in the menu I don't know how to remove.  Thanks!

        Rachel,

You would downgrade from the Website Service and sign up for the Online Forms Service separately. Then you can create your online forms, and add the forms via iFrame to your existing website. You would not follow the instructions above if you do not have the Website Service.  I'm not sure what you mean by dead links. If you have questions specific to your account and service, please open a support ticket here as this feature is intended for general questions.

Here's how to change your services to remove the Website Service and add the Online Forms Service: Upgrading, downgrading, and changing your services

If you'd like to continue to use the Data Management Service which includes tracking adoptions, adopters, and more, then you will want to add the Data Management Service as well.
