Our animal posts do not match what is on Petfinder. Photos are missing, animals that have been marked adopted weeks ago are still appearing is available, other animals that we’ve entered into the portal are not appearing on Petfinder. Is there something on our end that we are missing?

      Hi Nina,

      Unfortunately, Petfinder has been experiencing issues in processing uploads since February.

      The issue that you have with Petfinder may be related to this issue:

      If you are unsure if this is your issue, you should open a support ticket with RescueGroups.org

      However if the issue seems to match what you are experiencing, and you are experiencing longer than a three day delay from Petfinder, we suggest that you contact Petfinder support. We've included some support instructions below.

      Support for Petfinder Import Issues:
      - Visit https://pro.petfinder.com/ and log in to your organization's Petfinder account. If you do not know your password, select the 'forgot password' link underneath the Login button.
      - Use the "support" link on the left menu to open a support ticket
      - On your support ticket, be sure to provide your name, Petfinder shelter ID, Email address, Name of Shelter or Rescue, Your City/Province, and a message explaining the issue you are encountering.
      Here are some example messages (be sure to fill in details specific to your organization):
      - We are having trouble with our data upload to Petfinder, shelter ID# [ENTER SHELTER ID], using software RescueGroups.org.
      - We have uploaded pet [ID#, NAME] to our RescueGroups.org account, but it is not appearing in our Petfinder account. (provide additional examples if necessary)
      - We have removed pet [ID#, NAME] to our RescueGroups.org account, but it is still showing in our Petfinder account. (provide additional examples if necessary)
