Why don't my animals appear on the Toolkit Grid 1?

We are using the Toolkit Grid 1 (National) layout, but our animals do not appear. How do I make our animals appear?

      The Grid 1 (National) layout is designed to present well on National Search websites. This Toolkit layout it will by default load the website visitor's zip code as opposed to the zip code you specify in the Toolkit.
