How do I add the animal journal entries to my pdf contract?

We are using the animal journals and we'd like to add the entries to our PDF contract. How do we do this?

      Here is a link to the user guide section on PDF contracts and includes the fields available: Using PDF contracts

      Note: It is important to include a very large field with enough space to populate the data from your animal journal entries.
