For security and auditing purposes, user accounts must all have unique email addresses and usernames, even if they have been deleted.
You can always access deleted users by logging into RescueGroups.org and going to Services > Account Administration > Data Recovery > Users
Once you locate that deleted account, you can edit that user account to set the status to active. Then, you can then click the 'Reset Password' option to send him a new password notification. Be sure to set it that user account to active or they will not be able to login! We also recommend checking the permissions assigned to that username as this point as well. You can find those roles here: About roles, security, and permissions
Please let us know if you have further questions!Sincerely,
Karen

I tried to register a new user for our account using a new email address that he hadn't set up yet, so he didn't receive the email with his new password to register. I've tried deleting his name, email address, etc. and every time I try again to set him up, I get an error message in red saying that this email and user name is already in use.
I would like to get another registration email sent to him but can't figure out how to do it.
