How do we download all our RescueGroups.org animal information and images?

Our rescue is closing and we need to download all our animal information and images.  How can we do so?

      We're certainly sorry to hear that your rescue is closing. You can run a standard Animals report to gather information about all animals in your account. Please read about our reports feature here: About Reports 

      There is also a manual export feature if you would like to download images as well. Please read about that feature here: Using the Manual Exports function 


      We want to make sure to clarify that we only store data for your RescueGroups.org account, not your Adopt-a-Pet  or Petfinder accounts. 


      Once you have downloaded the data that you need, please have an authorized user (you can read more about that here: About your authorized account contacts ) open a support ticket and we can close the account at that time.
