I went to a user's history and they say they edited an animal and contact file, but how do I tell which ones they are?  All I see are a string of numbers.

Currently, the user security history does not often provide a full  link to the affected record or provide a description of the action which occurred to that record. This information is for auditing and security purposes mainly. When an existing record is changed, the security history does not describe what modification was completed, only that a change occurred. You may be able to find out more information by using the ID.

For example, if your list states: Edit Animal (12121212) . You can use that ID number and find the link because every Animal record follows the format of this URL:
      https://rescuegroups.org/manage/animal?animalID="ID"

So, your edited animal records would be:
      https://rescuegroups.org/manage/animal?animalID=12121212

Similarly, if have an 'Add Contact File' actions in your list, where the Contact File ID is 12121212.  Every Contact File record follows the similar format of this URL:
      https://rescuegroups.org/manage/contact_file?fileID="ID"

So, here's a link to those Contact Files you added:
      https://rescuegroups.org/manage/contact_file?fileID=12121212

Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have further questions. If you need further detail you can contact our support team and we may be able to pull more information for you.

      Thanks,
      Karen
