Good morning!
I wanted to be sure to reply to this question to make sure everyone is aware that RescueGroups.org is certainly still here and hard at work ensuring our services are operating well for our rescue community. Our development efforts may currently not be as visible at this time as we would like, but we are continually investing in upgrades to our system and are definitely working towards specific improvements such as more mobile friendly features for our services.
That said, it is important to understand that our support staff was heavily impacted and continues to be affected by the incredible damage caused by Hurricane Helene in the North Carolina mountains this September, as we posted on our status page here: https://status.rescuegroups.org/
Unfortunately, the infrastructure damage continues to cause intermittent access issues for some team members, which we are managing as best we can.
However, I do want to note that I see 5 support tickets from your email address in the last two months, and our team was happily able to answer all of them within one business day and often within hours, so we are concerned that perhaps you are referring to a support request that did not reach our support system? Please be sure to reach out to our support system if you have an unanswered support request.

Is Rescuegroups going to close up shop? I don't seem to get help that much anymore for tickets that I put in and nothing that anyone has put in the "que" asking for requests to be "voted" on like having mobile friendly websites, etc have ever been done.
