Amazon provides the code you can add to your website. Once you have that code, you would create a Custom Code Snippet and paste their code into your snippet, then edit your web page and place the snippet on your web page.

More on this topic: How do I add an Amazon Smile badge to our web site?
Maybe I'm telling you something you already know but I'm thinking you are asking where do you go to get the code to add the banner.
Amazon Smile doesn't make it especially easy to login. Assuming your group is registered with Amazon Smile, go to https://org.amazon.com/ to login. Once you are logged in you will see a link to "Marketing Tools". There you can find your special organization link and a link to a banner and html code.
As I said, Amazon Smile doesn't make things particularly easy, especially for the customers using Amazon. They must remember to go to Amazon Smile, not just Amazon.com. Here is a browser tool that we've started promoting which will take customer/donors directly to Amazon Smile: https://couponfollow.com/smilematic/faq . It is a browser add-on which works for various browsers. We couldn't find anything negative about it.
