How to New Page to an Online form (already created)

Hiya. Our online adoption form is built out in multiple pages. We've determined that it makes sense to add an additional page (grouping the current vet care questions in their own section) in the middle of our application, between current pages 9 & 10 (of 13) Is this possible?

      Dawn,

      Here is how to do this:


      Go to Features > Online Forms
      Next to the Name of the form, click on the Number of questions.
      On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the questions.
      On the very last question, click the gray down arrow to create a new page.
      Repeat this process until all of the questions are on the corresponding page you would like.
      When ready, click the Add a Question to this Form button at the top of the screen to add more questions and select the page you would like to add the new question to.
