How do I remove automatic verbiage from Petfinder exports?

For the life of me I cannot find where to remove the "You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website." from our petfinder exports. Since everything jumbles together in the description, looks awful, and there is no way to fix it I would like to remove this to make it look at least a little better.

      Jessica,

      There are a few places you may want to check for this type of information. First, please look at the Animal Description Header/Footer

      Using the Header and Footer fields

      You may also want to check out your animal templates to see if this information is being included in the description field when animal records are created.

      How to use Templates

      Please note that Petfinder does not allow any HTML in the animal descriptions. Any HTML will be removed from the pet descriptions, which may be why it does not look the same as other listing sites.

      If you are still unable to locate this information, please open a support ticket so that we can provide further assistance for your specific account.

        I Emily, this line is neither in the header, footer or in the template. This is only being exported to petfinder and does not appear anywhere on our site. I have already contacted petfinder and they say that this is something that is being added before getting to their side.

        I know they do not allow the html formatting and that is why it looks horrible. This is one small thing I can get rid of to make it look at least a tiny bit better.

        I just created a support ticket for this issue also. I asked PF about it and they said that it comes in through RG. It is nowhere in our dogs' bios and it is nowhere in our headers and footers content. But it is custom to us, so where can we edit it?

        Emily T [RG]  Hello, I do have the option "Disable the link to your online adoption form" selected and I am still seeing the message on petfinder. (gave it a couple hours to update.) Will this only apply to new animals added?

        And there is a paragraph added at the bottom of every one of our dog's bios (as you can see in the screenshot I uploaded above). I don't want to remove it, I want to edit it and I don't know where to do that. It's custom to our org so I know we added it somewhere. And no, it's not in the footer of our website bios that populates from RG

        @Jessica It looks like the setting did not apply for some reason on your account, as we found that setting still unselected. We've updated the setting again and it looks like it has resolved the situation and loaded to Petfinder without that text included.

        We were able to assist Andrea in support on this issue as well and I want to clarify on this Q&A that the header and footer article link in my answer is specifically for the Animal description, not for the header and footer elements of the Website Service.
