Is there a way to automatically add a Logo to PDF of online forms?

Hi! 

So, we are trying to streamline the way in which our online forms are distributed. Quite a few people in our organization wish to have the logo on the top of our printed forms so that when they want hard copies, they have the logo. 

Right now, they export the form as a PDF and edit it after exporting. However, if we change the form at all, or make a new one, we have to export that again and edit that again.

I was thinking, an alternative way to do it is to embed the form into a webpage, and then export that page to a PDF, however, the form fields display strangely and still need to be edited.

Any solutions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
