We already have an account using the Pet Portal, and we want to also use your website services, data management, and forms services.  How do we transmit our 501(c)(3) verification and vet reference letter to you?

      Charles Smithgall Humane Society,

      The first step is to upgrade to, in your case, Website service as it includes Data Management Service, Online Forms Service and the Pet Adoption Portal.  You can view more about our services here: https://rescuegroups.org/services/.  Since you already use RescueGroups.org, you should have a Site Admin go to Services > Account Administration > Upgrade Services and add the Website Service as shown here in our guide: About account administration.  We also have a YouTube video that can walk you through how to add a service that I will link below.

      RescueGroups.org will contact you if we need the 501(c)(3) documents or Vet reference forms one the service is added.  If those are requested from you, you can follow the directions here on submitting a Vet Reference form that includes our email/fax/mailing information: Submitting a Veterinarian Reference Letter.
