How do I point my domain to our RescueGroups.org website while keeping my existing domain services?

I have a domain registered with a third party registrar. I would like to point this domain to our RescueGroups.org website, but I have existing services such as email or Google apps that I would like to keep. If I change name servers as recommended in the User Guide, I would lose these services. How do I configure my domain in this situation?

      You will need to log in to your account with your current domain registrar and configure your DNS entries. Please configure the DNS records on your domain like this:

      root/apex: A records to: 54.174.69.182
      www: CNAME to farm.rescuegroups.org
