Status changes are changed by users. It is also possible the information did not save correctly. In order to troubleshoot account-specific items like these please contact support: https://rescuegroups.org/support/.
You may also want to make use of our "Available Date" feature which will change an animal's status to Available on that date. You can read more about this feature here: Using the animal available date

Why would Not Available status change back to Available the following day?
Sometimes, I go in and change an animal's status and the page hasn't loaded completely and it gets set back to its original status when it does finally load. So there have been a lot of times that I changed a status, saved and then the next day I've found out that my change didn't really save. So now whenever I change a status, I wait to make sure that it's been saved correctly.
