I tried to sign up almost a week ago but no one has contacted me. How do I check the status of my sign up form?

I tried to sign up almost a week ago on June 4 and the pop up said someone would contact me but I have not head back from anyone nor do I have proof that I even submitted the form.  How can I check on it?
