You can have a local Site Admin restore a deleted form using our Data Recovery feature. You can recover certain deleted items by having a Site Admin log in at RescueGroups.org and go to Services > Account Administration > Data Recovery

Here's more info about Data Recovery in our User Guide:

      Using data recovery

If you have an account specific question about a form, be sure to open a support ticket here: https://rescuegroups.org/support/

      Thanks,

I can see the potential forms in question, however, when I click on them (either the edit button or the FormID) I get a message that the "Object was not found".  I also tested documents that were as new as yesterday with the same issue.
I will open a support ticket for the specifics.

Here's some additional information to clarify. Once you locate your form in the Data Recovery area, you will need to restore it before the form can be viewed or edited. That's why you are receiving the 'Object was not found' message. To restore the form within Data Recovery:

        • Check the box on the far left on the row of the form you want restored
        • Choose 'Set to Complete' from the Actions dropdown at the top of the table

Once those two steps are taken, you should be able to view the form in your Submitted Form list when you go to Features > Submitted Forms.

Also, we did receive your bug report in our JIRA system. If you have account specific questions, we request that you open a support ticket instead of using JIRA which is typically used for feature requests, improvements, or reporting of system wide bugs.

You can find more information about all the methods of using RescueGroups.org support here: Getting support

Please let us know if you have further questions!

        Thanks,

        Emily
