What does "Courtesy" mean, when adding an animal?

When adding an animal, one choice under Administrative Information is "Courtesy" (yes or no).  What does that mean?  I tried searching the User Guide and Questions for 'courtesy', but got no results.  Thanks so much.

      Hi Patty,

      A courtesy listing is a listing for pets that are not actually with a rescue, but that the rescue has agreed to post for individuals to help find them new homes more quickly.  Not all rescue's use courtesy listings so this may or may not apply to you.

        Ok, that's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.  I couldn't find anything about "courtesy" in the User Guide.  Since we do a lot of Surrender Prevention work, and that means sometimes helping an owner find a new home, I think courtesy listings would be good.   Thanks.
