I do not have any option for Journal. I went to animal and there is no Journal option?

      Teri,

      There are a couple of possible reasons you are not seeing animal journals.  One is that you are just on the Pet Adoption Portal level of service which does not include animal journals (see a comparison of services here: https://rescuegroups.org/services/services-comparison/).  Another is that you do not have permissions on your user account to view them.  

      However, that is just speculation.  In order to  troubleshoot your specific account please open a support ticket: https://rescuegroups.org/support/
