We noticed today that several of our dog's pictures are not uploading to Petfinder from the weekend, as well as their locations are wrong, Anyone else having this issue with exports from Rescue Groups to Petfinder?

      Sorry you are having issues with your Petfinder export. Unfortunately Petfinder has been experiencing several issues affecting their auto uploads over the last few weeks. See (and bookmark) their status page here for the specific information: https://help.petfinder.com/s/topic/0TO2J000000R2sIWAS/petfinder-site-status-page

      If your API exports or exports to Adopt-a-Pet seem to be fine, then we can usually confirm that RescueGroups.org is uploading data to Petfinder as expected. If you are unsure about this, do contact our support (support@rescuegroups.org).

      However, in most cases we recommend contacting Petfinder support using the instructions they provided described below.

      We hope that Petfinder will have these issues fixed soon!

      Support for Petfinder Import Issues:

      • Visit https://pro.petfinder.com/help-desk/ and log in to your organization's Petfinder account. If you do not know your password, select the 'forgot password' link underneath the Login button.
      • On your support ticket, be sure to provide your name, Petfinder shelter ID, Email address, Name of Shelter or Rescue, Your City/Province, and a message explaining the issue you are encountering.

        Thank you Harriet, exports and uploads to Adopt A Pet are fine, i.e. pictures show and also exports to our own website are fine as well, so will look into this issue with Petfinder and contact RG support if needed.
