When adoptions are created, a Journal Entry is created for that adoption. If the animal is returned, that Journal Entry continues to show on the Kennel Card, which can raise awkward questions by potential adopters at adoption events and from transfer partners. Is there a way to disable the creation of these Journal Entries? What happens if I delete that journal entry type?
