How do I restore a deleted Online Form?

My organization accidentally deleted a form. How do we restore it?

      It happens. Here's how to fix this:

      • Go to RescueGroups.org and click Login
      • Go to Features > Submitted Forms 
      • Search the Submitted Forms list to find when someone recently submitted the deleted form.
      • Click on the name of the form (ex. Adoption Application) to find the form record.
      • Then Edit the form, and change the status to Enabled.
      • Click Save Online Form.
