How do I create a link to an outside website?

I need to add this link to the bottom of every page to promote 1-800-petmeds and can't figure out how to do this.

      • Go to RescueGroups.org and click Login
      • Then go to Website > Web Page List
      • Click the Edit icon next to the web page Footer
      • Type in the words flea & tick medication
      • Select that text with your cursor
      • Click the Link icon in the page editor
      • Make sure Link Type is set to URL
      • Next to Protocol select http or https
      • In the URL field, paste the url they provided you with.
      • Click OK
      • Save your page.
