How can I see the Caller ID name and number in my Voicemail service email notifications?

My Voicemail service email notifications only include a caller ID name but no number or vice versa. How do I see both the Caller ID name and number?

      Some email clients are displaying either the Caller ID number or Caller ID name, but not both, in the email notifications from our Voicemail service. If this is happening to your emails, you can still find the missing information in your email headers. Depending on your email client, there are various ways to access the email headers information. Usually, you can find an option such as 'View all headers', 'See Original', or 'View Raw Source'. For example, this is how you would find this information in Gmail:

      1. Open the voicemail message notification email.
      2. On the upper right portion of the message box, you will see a Reply or Reply-to-All button, with a small downward pointing arrow.
      3. Click the small arrow.
      4. You will see the message sub-menu, and an option for "Show Original"
      5. Click "Show Original"
      6. Search for "X-Asterisk-CallerIDName:" - the name next to that label is your Caller ID name.
      7. Search for "X-Asterisk-CallerID:" - the number next to that label is your Caller ID phone number.
