    Patty, thanks for your response!

    Patty's right that if you want to run an Asilomar report it would only report on Intakes and Outcomes.

    If you're not using the Intakes and Outcomes feature you should be able to run an Animals report and filter by either:

    1. Received date
    2. Create date if you consider the date that the animal was created in your RescueGroups.org system was the Intake date.

      If you have entered an Intake for each dog you will be able to just run a report. But the key is to do an intake and a outcome for each animal. It only tabulates if you entered the information it does not assume there was an intake when you added an animal.
