Is there any way to create a report on the number of feral cats we have spayed/neutered? We TNR quite a few feral cats in this rural area and I don't see TNR any place in reports.

Pet Adoption Portal users, we do not have built-in features specifically to track feral cats.

However, we would recommend that you create animal records for each cat that you TNR.

For example, if a feral cat comes in to your organization, you could create an animal record and keep the animal status at 'Not Available' or 'Treatment' while they are in your care. Then, when you have released the animal back to their environment, you would change the animal status to 'Released'. If you use this approach, you would then be able to create a custom report on all Released animals.

We do offer some specific features for feral colony tracking in our Data Management service. The service comes with a three month trial, so you are welcome to upgrade your account to see if that service would work for your team.
