When the alerts go out for events, it has a link to the Events page, not to the actual event. Is there a way to include the flyer in the e-mail? We have had some feedback that people tend to delete the e-mail if there is not a picture / flyer for the event.
Is there a way to know specifically who is signed up for events alerts and send only to them?
Hi Barb, There isn't a way to do that.
However, you can add a feature request here: How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services?
If you are using the built in events feature included with the RescueGroups.org Website Service, people who have subscribed on your website to get event alerts will get an notification that a new event has been added. There isn't a way to customize that email specific to the event.
If you'd like to use the Email Marketing Service, you can customize what you send people.
