It's possible you've added a viewport setting to Website > HTML Head.
You can also see if your organization has added this Amazon Widget to your Website. It includes some code that will override the default viewport metatag.

Our website stopped opening to the width of the page and you can no longer pinch to zoom in or out. It is stuck at a fixed size. I'm not sure what to do.
