Ann,
You can always contact RescueGroups.org support first if you notice issues on an adoption listing website. That way we can consolide the issues if it's a known issue and we are already communicating with them about the problem.

I am confused about who I should contact with problems regarding sync issues from Rescue Groups to AllPaws website.
On the AllPaws website some of our adoptable cats are showing as " ! Publish Listing" in a red rectangular box.
Also, not all of our available cats are showing up on the AllPaws site.
Something is wrong but we're not sure what it is
Please help
