Andrea,
Nothing has changed with roles recently. I recommend her opening a support ticket so we can look at the account specifics. When she does so ask her to provide details about what she can(can't) do.

One of our volunteers who has the User Role: Online Form User can no longer do the things she used to do with that user role. Have you changed anything? Where do I find updates about these type of things?
