How can I edit the date range in a cloned report?

When I'm building a custom report how do I add an option for the person USING the report to enter a different date range each time they run the report?

      Whenever a person runs a report, users can edit the custom report each time to modify date range. Alternatively, they can also make a clone of the report so that they can easily save a report for each time period needed. The cloning process and using custom reports in our guide: About Reports

        Thank you - I was trying to avoid having users have to edit the dates, was looking to see if I could give them the option to enter a date range on the face when running a report.  You did however answer my question - much thanks and happy holidays!
