Is there a user role that limits to view only?

I am looking for a security role that would be view only. Hopefully the user can view the media and all animal infor, but not make any changes.

      Submitted change request regarding user permissions.  Need to be able to limit who can view contacts.  Currently any user with any role can view all contacts.  Need to limit this.

        Hi Cheri,

        Here is a link to the list of roles that can be added to a user and what permissions they will have.

        Roles - Security and Permissions

        The role "Volunteer" along with adding the contact to the Contact Group, "Volunteer" should work for what you are wanting them to be able to see.
