Are we able to export addresses for mass mailings?

Hi, we do yearly mail outs to all of our adopters, donators, volunteers, etc. and need to be able to either run a report that we can export to Excel or have some type of name/address export for mailings.   Can you confirm this is possible?  I'm not seeing any information anywhere in regards to mailings.   Thank you!

      Denise,

      Definitely!  You can export your Contacts, but also there is a "Mailing List Export" that is designed specifically for sending mailings.  We recommend that you use the Mailing List Export because it doesn't export any Contacts with the Do Not Mail setting enabled on your Contacts, and include a message about how to opt-out of emails in the future.
