Marketing Emails Sending Text-Only, not HTML! Help?

When we create a marketing email here on rescuegroups, the tests we send out go normally as HTML and look great. However, when we send out the subscriptions, it only sends out text-only version with a link to view the HTML. 

This is not how it used to work and we have no idea how to fix this. Anyone have a clue?

      Hi Lillie,

      Can you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look at your email and how you are sending? 

      Please be sure to include your account number and the name of the campaign.
