Is it possible to see a sample of a PDF Contract?  We are considering utilizing this feature in the near future.

I am also a little unclear about how it works.  It mentions FDF vs. saving a PDF... but does that mean you can not print it/print it to PDF?

      Hi Rani,

      Patty is correct.

You would first create an Online Form on your RescueGroups.org service. When an applicant submits an online form, it will appear in your Submitted Forms.

If you have a contract (adopter/foster etc) you would like us to add, it can populate some fields from the animal and from the contact for you automatically.

Then you can click the second pdf icon (this is added once a pdf contract is uploaded to our system) and it will generate the contract for you with the animal information and contact information, ready for you to print.

Here is a list of the fields for contacts and animals that are available for you to add to the contract.

When you are ready, just open a support ticket and include your contract that you would like us to add (word or pdf).

Please leave enough space for the form fields to be added (line height of 1.5 is usually good) and let us know which fields you would like to add.

      Thanks,

      Michelle

Your adopters must fill out an online form then once approved and you want to create a contract, you click on the little PDF icon next to the submitted form. It will auto populate the basic information into your contract. If you have entered an adoption amount it will auto populate that too. You can then print the contract from there. The Contract is custom to your company. You email it to RescueGroups.org and they take care of the rest.
