Today we can enter a journal record on a contact but we can not report on the journal records. We store information on our adopters such as documenting the last time we received an update. We would treat this the same a an animal journal where we would document the next time it is due for us to reach back out. Is there any plans to
I understand there is a calls feature and the reminder feature. Calls are specific to calls. The reminder is a possible option but it is limited in storage of information and no reports. Using reminders would generate double work to add a reminder/add a journal for every adopter. It also does not allow us to pull in the dog they adopted information.
