Is Petfinder out of sync?

We currently have more dogs on RescueGroups then Petfinder is sync'ing.   They are currently missing 5 dogs that have been on RG for a few days and obviously if I add them to PF manually (and painfully) they are deleted the next time I add dogs to RG.   PF of course tells me to ask RG.... any ideas or suggestions?

      Hello Diane and Barbara,

      If there are pets that are missing from an adoption listing website (especially Petfinder and Adopt-a-Pet.com) please open a support ticket so we can help you.  We do not recommend cloning pets or making changes to them in order to get them to appear.  We should look into the issue and figure out what is going on that is causing those pet(s) to not appear on the website.

        Thank you.  I actually tried that right after I posted this and none of those 4 have shown up yet.  But I am still waiting on photos from 6 hours ago so maybe there is a longer delay than normal.
