Online Form - Attachments?

Is there a way to allow applicants to attach a file to an online form submission?  Specifically we ask for proof of home ownership for foster and adoption applications, generally that's a copy of a tax bill.

Is there a option to allow them to upload that into the form either as a jpeg or a pdf or anything?  I did look through the forms themselves and the questions here but didn't see anything that fit the bill.  Thank You

      We do not currently provide this feature for our Online Forms service. However, there is an existing JIRA Feature Request for this capability, found here:  CMTY-245 - Add attachment upload button to Online Forms Open
