Remove AllPaws adoption location restriction?

Our pets exported to AllPaws show an adoption restriction due to location.  I cannot find anything in RG settings that will remove this restriction message. How do i get rid of the restriction?

    Linda,

    We've reached out to AllPaws to confirm, but I believe that the message is shown because you have specific areas that you have stated that you servce in your Organization Contact Information > "What cities, towns and counties do you serve" details.
