Disregard this. I modified the wordpress widget to give me the option to include additional toolkits. Created some per species toolkits and linked buttons to those. Problem solved.

I'm using the toolkit along with the wordpress plugin to display adoptable animals on my client shelter's wordpress site. I'd like to be able to create custom links to this page that would filter the results by species, IE, only dogs or only cats. It would also be nice to have buttons directly on the adoptables page that would filter by dog or cat. Can anyone point me in the right direction on making the necessary modifications?
