Is there a way to keep "cancelled" submitted forms from disappearing from the app?

Sometimes we mark a submitted form (adoption application) as "cancelled", as they were not 'denied', but for a variety of reasons, the process was stopped (i.e. maybe we and they just decided the pet they wanted wasn't a good match). However, "cancelled" forms do not show up in the app.  I'd like to be able to see ALL submitted forms in the app.  So, if I'm at Petco, for example, and someone comes in and says "I sent you an application last month for Fluffy, remember?", I need to be able to access that.  But if we marked it as "cancelled", I can't.

I've looked through all the settings in the app and do not see where I can change anything about what forms are visible.  Help please.  Thanks so much.

    Patty,

    There isn't a way to access these Submitted Forms via the Android App at this time.  But we're looking into adding that feature.

      Has there been any action on this?  I really need to be able to see the "cancelled" applications on the app?

        Ok. I can access all but "Cancelled" status ones. Thanks, Richard. 

        Btw, it is hugely helpful to be able to access the form when headed to do a home visit. Thank you for this!!
