I submitted a Support Ticket Oct. 14, 2015 for this.  I later escalated it.  I also did submit the Feature Request, as instructed, some time ago.  (over a year).    Has anything happened with this?  It would be SO helpful.  We print a summary of the vetting that's been done (using the journal entries, of course) when the pet is adopted.  Right now, I'm having to copy the journal summary, paste in a Word doc, edit, etc.  It would be so perfect if the Animal Kennel Card with Journal Entries report just sorted the journal entries by date, instead of alphabetically (vetting happens chronologically  (smile)  ) .

      Any movement on this ?

Journal entries is the way we convey to the adopter what vaccinations, care and vet visits have happened, its imperative to our adoption services and every adopter wants to report this info to the vet,  without it, we are doing this by hand.  How is this not on your roadmap?

Richard, I have voted and am watching, but as I've reported before, I don't get any notifications when someone comments or answers, etc.  For example, I did not get notification that you responded to this question last night.  I am "watching" it, yes.  But I didn't receive any notification that you had answered.  I have all the setting in our notifications set to notify me, but like messages, I never get any notifications.

Ok, I will just keep checking....

          Patty,

Be sure to vote and watch the request here:

CMTY-289 - Change Kennel Card with Journal Report to list items in date order, rather than alphabetical Open

To answer your question, no, we have not starting working on this request.  We're really backed up helping organizations and the updates that are already in our roadmap, so it may take a long time for suggestions to happen, but that's why you should watch the request so you get an update when there is movement.

          Richard
