how to remove a cat from sponsorship that has been adopted

We have cats who were available for sponsorship and we have since adopted them, removed sponsorship from their pages but they still show up on the list.  It makes the actual sponsorship list of cats very cumbersome.  Any suggestions?

      Hi Candy,

      First let's check your sponsorship settings:

      Login to your account at RescueGroups.org, click Login

      Then go to Animals > Sponsorships > Settings 

      Next to "Which animal statuses are sponsorable", be sure that Adopted is unchecked.

      If the animal is adopted and still showing available for sponsorship on your website, please open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. Be sure to include the animal name/id number and your account number.
