Adoption Information page is giving me error

I added a few animals. When i go to my website, to that animal page, I see a text "Won't you think about adopting me?" When i click "adopting" link, I get below error in a new page (info/adoption). I don't see any documentation/questions on how to setup this link. Please help.

 

This page hasn't been setup by the rescue organization. Check back again soon!

      Hello,

      You will want to add content to that web page.

      • Login to your account dashboard at RescueGroups.org
      • Then click on Website > Web Page List
      • Click the Edit icon next to the web page Adoption Information
      • Add information about how to adopt from your organization and if you've created and Online Adoption Form, you may want to include a link to that form as well.
