What does "Coalition Member? mean, in contact settings?

I've searched the User Guide, but found no reference to "coalition member".  What is this?

      Patty,

      Coalition Member is used primarily for the Asilomar report.  It's a way to track animal transfers among organizations that are working in a coalition.
