How to disable Favorite Breed Alert emails for someone?

Hello - We have a user that had signed up for Favorite Breed Alert emails which send him an email every time his specified breed arrives in our rescue.  He has adopted a dog from us and wishes to unsubscribe from this service.  Due to the website being hosted on a WordPress platform, the link in these emails is no longer valid.  How can I unsubscribe this gentleman?

      Jeremy,

      A couple comments -

      First, if you're website is active with RescueGroups.org, the user can login to their account and disable their email alerts including favorite breeds and animals.

      Second, the user can always email us (support@rescuegroups.org) and we will disable their email alerts.

      Third, you can disable User Email Alerts for Favorite Animals and Breeds under Website > Settings > General Site Settings.

      And lastly, if your website is no longer with RescueGroups.org you may want to disable the Website Service so that email alerts and other things like that are no longer active.
