How can I stop "Sponsorship" status animals from showing to public?

Animals with "sponsorship" status are showing to the public on our website, without our permission!  These are privately owned pets that we assist.  The sponsorship status is NOT selected to show to the public, but it is!  I have tried everything, and nothing changes it!  HELP!

      Patty,

      With the Website Service, the statuses that are shown to the public are "sponsorship" and "available".

      The status "sponsorship" allows organizations to actively seek donations to support non adoptable animals in their care.

      It sounds like you may want to use a different status for your specific need.
