How often does RG send an updated data file to Petfinder?

Petfinder says they check for an updated data file every hour. How often does Rescue Groups update our data file? Is there any way to trigger the update in the same way that the Petfinder sync app allowed us to?  Sadly this new integration with Petfinder seems to have made the process of updating animal profiles much slower (sad) 

Please help!

      I updated Rescue Group data and added/changed information around 9 PM last night, its 4:30 PM the next day and nothing has been updated on Petfinder? Adopt-a-Pet was updated within an hour. Is the Petfinder link still working?

        Meredith,

        Our export to Petfinder is almost constantly running.  If it's not already running we start it every 20 minutes.  In other words, we're uploading to Petfinder more often than their Import job will process the data (hourly), so it's happening as fast as we can.
