Why has my petfinder not updated since sync app stopped

Our animals are not updating to Petfinder now that we are not able to use the sync app. I can't find anything on their site saying they are having issues. Can I please have the sync app back? pweeease?

      Chrissy,

      I'm sorry to hear that your updates haven't shown up yet. Petfinder just performed a large update to their systems 6/14/17 that could be causing delays. We understand that they are working through some issues, and hope to have them resolved soon, at which time your pet list will update normally. They did not provide us with an ETA for when the issue would be resolved.

      There is nothing that RescueGroups.org can do at this point to make pet updates or pictures appear on the Petfinder website. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.  But we do know that updates have been going through regularly starting 6/16/17.  

      If you continue to have problems please be sure to open a support ticket so we can look at your specific account to be sure everything is setup properly.

      Concerning the Sync App, no, you can't go back to the Sync App.  The app stopped functioning when Petfinder performed their updates on 6/14/17.
