The FTP upload is going well, except that the photos on PF are in the wrong order.  The photo we selected to be the first one, and thus the one that shows to "customers", is not the first one on PF.   PF is not making the first photo on RG the "primary" photo on their site.

We've also had this issue, but only on pets that are listing as duplicates.  From the Petfinder dashboard you can click "All Pets" and select the pet that needs to be changed.  Then under Photos & Videos select "Edit" and it will allow you to choose which picture is the primary picture.

Ok, going to try.  I thought, if I went into PF and rearranged, they might be re-rearranged when the next PF sync happened.  But I'm going to try.

    Patty,

It's important to note that once a picture is added to a pet on Petfinder, that picture will never change.  So if you have two or three pictures and then reorder them on your RescueGroups.org pet list, the order will not change on Petfinder.  The only way to resolve this would be to delete the pet from Petfinder and let the import re-add the pet with the pictures in the new order.

However, the picture order should stay the same when the pet is added, or additional pictures are added by Petfinder.  If that's not the case we'll want to look into that.  Please open a support ticket and provide the animal name that is not correct.  It would need to be a newly added pet that had their pictures in the wrong order for us to confirm the issue and forward it on to Petfinder.

Ok, I'm going to try changing it on PF, and making the photo I want to be primary, primary.  Let's see what happens.

Richard, I never get notices when someone answers a question I post.  What to do?
